This shipping policy applies to all orders of tops and jeans placed on American Bazi online store.

⏱️ Order Processing Time

Orders require up to 3 business days for processing, quality inspection and packing before handover to the shipping carrier. Processing time does not include weekends and holidays.

🕒 Order Cut-off Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time on business days will begin processing the same day. Orders submitted after the cut-off time will start processing on the next business day.

📦 Shipping Transit Time

Standard shipping transit takes 4–6 business days after the package is picked up by the carrier. Transit time is an estimate and is not guaranteed; delays may happen due to carrier issues, weather or remote delivery locations.

🎁 Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping for all eligible orders within our delivery zones. No extra shipping fee will be added at checkout for standard delivery.

🗺️ Delivery Regions

We ship to the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.

🚛 Delivery Partner

We use UPS as our primary delivery partner. For large, oversized items, delivery will be arranged via truck freight. The truck carrier will contact you in advance to schedule a delivery window, and someone must be present at the address to receive the package.

❌ Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund if the order has not yet been shipped. Once the package has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer available. If you no longer want the items after shipment, you will need to follow our Refunds & Returns Policy to return the goods.

🔍 Tracking Your Order

Once your package ships, you will receive an email with the UPS tracking number. You can enter this tracking number on the UPS website to monitor delivery status.
