This policy applies to tops and jeans purchased from American Bazi.

✅ Acceptable Return Scenarios

We accept returns and exchanges for items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or do not match the description on our product page. You may also return items if they do not fit as expected.

📎 Return Conditions & Non-Returnable Items

All returned tops and jeans must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags attached and in resellable condition. Items with stains, wear marks, odors, damage caused by the customer, or removed tags cannot be accepted for return or exchange. Final sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

📅 Return Time Limit

You must submit a return or exchange request within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your package. Requests submitted after this window will not be approved.

📮 Return Process

Step 1: Send us an email to start your return request, include your order number and reason for return. Step 2: Wait for our team to approve your request and send return instructions. Step 3: Securely pack the item, ship it to our address: 807 E 12th St #106, Los Angeles, CA 90021, United States Step 4: Share your return tracking number with us.

🔁 Exchange Process

Step 1: Submit an exchange request by email with your order number and the new size/style you want. Step 2: Wait for our confirmation. Step 3: Send the original item back to our return address following the packaging rules above. Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will arrange shipment of your new item.

💰 Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your returned merchandise, we will process your refund within 3 business days. Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. Please note that the actual fund arrival time depends on your card issuer, which may take an additional 3 business days.

🧾 Return Shipping Cost

If the return is caused by our mistake: defective, damaged or wrong item, we will cover the return shipping cost. If you return items due to personal reasons such as unsatisfactory fit or preference, you are responsible for the return shipping fee.

❌ Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order and get full refund before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation is unavailable and you need to follow return procedure.
